It allows us to reflect on what we value, reimagine how we work, and design systems that keep people at the centre. These four commitments shape how we think about AI, how we teach it, and how we put it into practice in our daily work.

  • Questions matter. AI mirrors what we ask, and reveals what we forget to ask.
  • Culture matters. AI will inherit the culture it lands in. 
  • Leadership matters. We need cultures where people and AI can thrive.

While you do not need to be an AI expert, we all must become fluent in how it shapes work, teams and leadership. That fluency begins with a new mindset. It deepens when we take time for conversation, reflection and practice.
