When Sean invited me to help build and mentor the team at VARLab (now CVRI) in late 2020, I was honored. Since then, we’ve both grown, built, and learned together. I have never worked with someone so committed to productivity, inclusion, and equity. As a leader, he was receptive to ideas and feedback, and from a product perspective he pushed us to experiment and learn in tight loops to find novel solutions. I’m thankful for the chance to work with Sean and would welcome more in the future!
