Curt engaged our staff and board in creative ways to elicit feedback and “bring to life” a strategic direction that resonated, feels achievable and that we can all be proud of. He was also great at gently “leading the leaders” to efficiently guide us through the process. Curt is a talented and passionate navigator, listener, visionary and community cheerleader.
