These are not our corporate sessions with your logo on the front. They are designed for a room of different organizations, where nobody shares a system, policy or starting point. These sessions will be of value to people who have never opened an AI tool and those who use one every day.

The +ai Mindset Dialogue
The easiest thing to put in front of a member audience, and the place most organizations should start. No accounts to set up, no preparation, no homework. We unpack what artificial intelligence is and isn’t, and build in real pauses, because the honest conversation people are having in their heads is more useful than anything on a slide. Members leave with language about AI and culture to take back to their own teams.
$2,500 for the session, plus HST.
What the room needs: comfortable theatre-style seating, a screen everyone can see with an HDMI connection, and Wi-Fi for the two of us.

Three hours, laptops open with access to your own AI tools, minimum 10 and maximum 25, virtual or in person
The +ai Mindset Lab
For members who are beyond wondering whether AI matters and ready to see what it can do with real work. This three-hour session shadows a normal working day, from finding information to sharing a finished product. Everybody brings their own laptop, and we supply all the content, coaching and support they need. Members leave knowing what is possible in their own job and what to ask for next.
$1,250 per seat, plus HST.
What the room needs: a desk or table for every person with plenty of space for a laptop, paper and pen, power within reach of every seat, and Wi-Fi strong enough for the whole room to be online at once. Think university lecture hall with two fun professors.
How it works

You pick the date.
Choose a slot that suits your program calendar. We build the session around the questions your members are already asking.

We hand you the promotion.
Copy, session descriptions and images, written for your sector and ready to send. Nobody on your team drafts a word.

You keep the revenue.
However you bring us in, part of our job is to help you generate revenue. For the +ai Mindset Dialogue, our fee is $2,500 and you set the ticket price. Every dollar above our fee is yours. For the Lab, we suggest you sell seats at our regular retail price of $1,250, and you keep 15% of each one. HST and travel not included.

Members register through us.
We build the registration page and send you the link. Members give us their first name, last name and email, and can choose to join our mailing list. We send you regular updates of who is coming.
Risk Free
If you don’t have your minimum two weeks out, we move the date or cancel at no charge to you. When your event does run, we cover two seats over the minimum for the +ai Mindset Lab, so your Association team can take part. Any of your members who book work directly with Four Simple Words within 60 days of your session will receive 10% off any program they bring into their own organization. When a member wants to go further, you are welcome to join those initial conversations, so you can hear how your sector is thinking about AI. For all in-person sessions, travel costs are not included.
