The +ai Mindset Dialogue
People leave with language to invite others on their team into the conversation.
Ninety minutes in front of any group, including leadership teams or staff rooms. No laptops, no accounts, no preparation. We unpack what artificial intelligence is (and is not) and why human insights matter more than ever. This conversation includes real pauses for reflection, because hearing what people are thinking is more useful than anything on a slide.
What the room needs: theatre-style seating, a screen everyone can see with an HDMI connection, and Wi-Fi for the two of us.

The +ai Mindset Lab
People leave knowing what is possible and what to ask for next.
Bring your laptop, the AI tools you already use and be ready for a fast-moving, hands-on session that is not training. Three hours of exploring what these tools can actually do across a normal working day, from finding information to creating and sharing a finished product. There are more exercises than any group gets through, and that is deliberate. Nobody masters anything in three hours, and that is not the goal for this time. Success from this session is understanding that prompting is a tool for better workflows.
What the room needs: a desk or table for every person with plenty of space for a laptop, paper and pen, power within reach of every seat, and Wi-Fi strong enough for the whole room to be online at once. Think university lecture hall with two fun professors.

The +ai Mindset Intensive
Includes office hours afterward and a leadership summary, so the day keeps working after we leave.
This is where AI tools become yours. We start with a weeks-long discovery and planning process with your leadership and IT teams, then build the day around the work your team actually does and run it in the tools you actually use. Before we get into the tech, we start with the +ai Mindset so everyone is working from the same question, then get hands-on with your real files, meetings, and deadlines.
Pricing and timelines assume every participant has a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business licence with full access to their own team files. If that is not in place before we start building, additional investment will be required for build time.

Making the Most of Copilot
Participants who complete all six modules receive the +ai Mindset Copilot Certificate.
You have Copilot, your team is using it with mixed success, and you know it can do more. This program builds the habit that creates real ROI. Six modules of three hours across Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, plus six open office hours in between, so people learn something, try it in the real world, and bring back what did not go smoothly. Eighteen hours of instruction and six hours of applied support, twenty-four contact hours in total.
You do not need your own Microsoft 365 Copilot Business licence. For the length of the program, we invite every participant into our Microsoft environment, with every feature switched on.

How we work
Most AI training fails the same way. A day of demos, everybody nods, and three weeks later nothing has changed. It fails because people learn the tool through a checklist, without context, reflection or the how will this change our work conversation.
We build it the other way round. We work in your files, your meetings and your deadlines rather than a curriculum, because real-world context is how adults learn. The longer programs are spaced on purpose, so people try something, find where it does not work, and bring that back. We are not here to tick tool features off a list. We are here to change how your team works with AI.
Every +ai Mindset session has two facilitators, because the questions come in pairs. Sean leads on the technology, Curt leads on the culture, and each of us can speak confidently to the other’s work without ever taking it over. Sean’s skill is translation, making complicated technology make sense to the people who have to use it. Curt’s is synthesis, listening to what a room says and putting it back in front of them so they can see it.
We make mistakes. We laugh at ourselves and at each other. We hope you will laugh at our jokes. What we care about most is that people leave smarter and more confident about AI than when they walked in, and that they had fun getting there.

Team Development
DiSC and AI
Teams understand how each person embraces change, and how that shapes the way they work with AI.
AI is a change management conversation before it is a technology one, and people embrace change in very different ways. Some move fast and want results. Some want to talk it through. Some need time to reflect on the change, while others want every detail confirmed before they trust anything. Understanding those differences is mission critical to your team working efficiently and will amplify your AI adoption conversations.
During this hands-on and engaging session, your team will build an understanding of their unique DiSC profiles and how their collective profiles create your team culture. We weave the +ai Mindset throughout the whole session, so people can begin to reflect on how their workplace personality will impact their human and AI interactions.
