Bring your laptop and be ready for a fast-moving, hands-on session that is not training. Three hours of exploring what these tools can actually do across a normal working day, from finding information to creating and sharing a finished product. There are more exercises than any group gets through, and that is deliberate. Nobody masters anything in three hours, and that is not the goal for this time. Success from this session is understanding that prompting is a tool for better workflows.

We start with a weeks-long discovery and planning process with your leadership and IT teams, then build the day around the work your team actually does and run it in the tools you actually use. Before we get into the tech, we start with the +ai Mindset so everyone is working from the same question, then get hands-on with your real files, meetings, and deadlines.

Pricing and timelines assume every participant has a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business licence with full access to their own team files. If that is not in place before we start building, we will tell you what the additional build time and investment look like.

Six modules of three hours across Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, plus six open office hours in between, so people learn something, try it in the real world, and bring back what did not go smoothly. Eighteen hours of instruction and six hours of applied support, twenty-four contact hours in total.

You do not need your own Microsoft 365 Copilot Business licence. For the length of the program we invite every participant into our Microsoft environment, with every feature switched on.
