After answering questions that adapt based on your input, DiSC Catalyst generates a comprehensive, personalized report for each team member showing behavioural styles, natural strengths, and areas for growth. This practical information gives your team instant and lasting impressions of themselves, empowering everyone on your team to be stronger leaders and better communicators.

Your team debrief takes place with Curt over three 90-minute sessions (or one 3-hour session). Each session focuses on a different part of the report and creates space for conversations that build individual and collective self-awareness.

Catalyst brings insights to life beyond the PDF, often in real time. Each team has access to a secure and shared online portal with deeper learning, the ability to create comparison reports with colleagues, and a team view that allows for honest and data-driven reflection on your team culture.

Your report includes one of two specialized modules. Agile EQ adds emotional intelligence insights, helping participants understand the EQ needed to thrive in constant change, including their EQ strengths, growth areas, and specific strategies. Management helps people managers understand their leadership style, recognize how direct reports experience their style, and adapt to bring out the best in each team member.
