How We Do It
Step One
Book your free, no-obligation 15-minute consultation with Curt. During your call, he will learn more about your project and share how our team experience will help you find the right naming solution.
Step Two
When you’re ready to start, we sign a simple work agreement, and you make payment online in full.
Step Three
We book a 60-minute meeting with two of our team members to start the creative process. We’ll send you questions to think about before our call. Our conversation will be engaging, focused on your needs and full of lots of listening.
Step Four
Within 5 business days we share 8-10 thoughtful and meaningful names in a professionally formatted document. Each name is fully vetted with social media handle checks, simple trademark checks, URL domain availability, and detailed explanations.
Step Five
Through Calendly, you book another 30 minute virtual meeting for us to hear your feedback and input.
Step Six
Within 4 business days, we send you another professional naming package with 5-6 new name ideas based on your feedback.
Step Seven
If needed, we can tweak 1-2 ideas we’ve already sent. We’re happy to say that in over 9 out of 10 cases, the winner’s already on the table!
