It’s difficult to sum up our experience with Curt and Lakhdeep into Four Simple Words. We invited FSW to co-create a session with our team centered around mattering and belonging. They delivered a session filled with deeply impactful experiences and practical tools and created a space where our employees left with not only conviction to dive deeper into mattering, but learned how to action and make a positive impact in the world and communities around them. We received a lot of positive feedback for this session in particular. Highly recommend this team for helping to create meaningful and dynamic spaces for these much needed and important dialogues.

There is so much DEI information out-there, how does a small organization incorporate all of it in a meaningful way?  As a white-settler with privilege, I try to practice DEI principles, but I was never sure it was enough; I was never fully confident that I was hitting the mark.  Curt and Lakhdeeps’s program took away all that anxiety.  They are engaging facilitators that made a heavy topic easy to understand.  I get it now.  Now that I know what DEI feels like in action, it is impossible not to incorporate DEI principles into my decisions and my daily interactions in every aspect of my life.
